Rapidash Cosplay - Saboten 09

I finally got a decent photo of my cosplay ;;

Anywho, Saboten con 2009 I cosplayed as Rapidash, of course. Off-white fleece and 2" pile fur from DistinctiveFabrics.com, and a couple hours of frustrating pinning and stitching. I didn't work on an outfit to go with the costume pieces this year, and just dressed in black to offset the white of the costume - I can't stand wearing white on an everyday basis, so I've got very little in my wardrobe

Fffff and the costume includes legwarmers with lots of flames, too, but they got dirty on Saturday and I'm still working on cleaning the yellow. Also in the pic is my Drifblim from ~YutakaYumi, as well as my Drifloon keychain plush from Japan, and redfloon bell plush by shootthetanks on LJ. Saturday Regigigas was my main squeeze 8D
